On Fashion...

There are all kinds of things that people cannot seem to get enough of. For me it's fashion. I can't begin to explain what it is about learning and understanding why designers do what they do that I find so fascinating. Or why the the art of expression through clothing to me is one of the most profound. But, the reality of it is that I have made understanding fashion, and trends, my hobby, my favorite past time, and for those of us with office jobs my most favorite non-billable research project! I want this space to become a reference tool for anyone who loves fashion, the history of fashion, or perhaps has the burning curiosity (as I do) to know what in history forced the switch from metal zippers to plastic ones.
